New clickUP Training

Posted on August 22, 2011

We look forward to welcoming all lecturers teaching first year modules - particularly with the strategy to have all first year modules available in the new system from January 2012. All lecturers are however welcome.

There is still space to book for the clickUP Overview workshop starting this week. (The link for registration is provided below.)

The clickUP Basic, Intermediate and Advanced courses have been replaced by the following workshops for lecturers:

* clickUP Overview (Prerequisite for the other workshops)
* clickUP Content
* clickUP Assessment
* clickUP Collaborate
* clickUP Management.

During the clickUP Overview workshop you will decide which of the other workshops will be useful to you.

Each workshop lasts for 4 hours and will be presented at different times and on different campuses. There are even workshops scheduled for the evenings and on Saturdays for those who are unable to attend a workshop during weekdays.

From September onwards administrative staff who support lecturers with clickUP may attend the clickUP Assist course, which has been tailored to their specific needs.

Please take note of the following:

* It is essential that you register with CE@UP for the workshops, as the computer laboratories have limited seats.
* Please provide a module code (one of the modules that you teach) that you wish to use during the workshop.
* Registration for each workshop will close 7 days before the workshop is presented to allow enough time to create the necessary clickUP courses.
* Provide the time of the workshop you want to attend on the registration form.

Training is free of charge
