A minimum number of 361 responses is needed from your Faculty in order to be representative. This means that we need at least another 209 responses from your Faculty.

The request from the Vice-Principal is that ALL STAFF, including temporary and part-time employees and AS MANY STUDENTS (undergraduate and postgraduate) AS POSSIBLE should complete the questionnaire. Individuals who completed the questionnaire during the pilot round in the first semester, should please complete it again.

On behalf of Prof Ogude, I would like to thank you for your participation so far and your efforts to encourage staff and students in your Faculty to participate in the project. It would be appreciated if you could encourage staff and students in all academic departments in your Faculty as well as support staff in your Faculty to complete the questionnaire by 22 August 2011. That leaves only one more week before the deadline of the project

Step1: Sign in (Log in) on the UP Portal
Step 2: Go to Notices / Kennisgewings
Step 3: Click on the blue block that looks like the attached pictures (Afrikaans and English respectively).
