The fellowship is for 1-2 years with the third year negotiable and reasonable travel costs will be provided.

Requirements:

· Postdoctoral fellow must be selected and award made according to the NWU policies

· PhD (specialization in Positive Psychology or related focus) during the last five years

· Strong interest in aspects of resilience, and/or positive psychology

· Well-developed research skills

· Emerging publication record

· Very good MSOffice, Internet Skills

· Ability to work with people and in a team

· Fluent in English (spoken and written)

 Responsibilities:

· Work with research team on research project and contribute significantly to publication of research results

· Work on own research to generate publications

· Limited research administration in the research project
