Call for papers for Pointure: Pointing, Puncturing, Weaving and Lacing in art practice and textual discourse.
Closing date for abstract submissions: 6 April 2012 (No more than 300 words)
Please note that papers are strictly limited to the maximum of 20 minute presentations (2600 words approximately).
Pointure colloquium: 15 August 2012, 9:00 till 17:00.
Accompanying exhibitions:
8 – 29 AUGUST 2012: Pointure exhibition at the University of Johannesburg Gallery.
6 –14 AUGUST 2012: Exhibition of work by Artist Prof. Bracha, L. Ettinger, Gehard Sekoto. Gallery Alliance Française, Parkview, Johannesburg.
