Please take note that the decision has been made to convert the HB 6th floor tea room into office space for 8 incoming PhD students. Corena has begun the process of converting the room into an office space and hopes to have it organized for the arrival of the students 1 August.

Corena apologizes for the short notice given. Many options were considered but in the end the only viable option is to use the back-up event space for the new students. Corena has already contacted the CSC to let them now of the change.
