An analysis was recently conducted by the internal auditors, which found several instances of conflict of interest in relation to staff or their families doing business with the University.
In terms of the new legislation, this is illegal. Prof Crewe kindly requested that all staff be informed. In cases where staff or their families are doing business with the University, these activities have to be ceased.
