This is a reminder of the year end submission dates for settlement of advances and petty cash:
* Settlement of advances - 5th of December 2012 (submitted to the claims division)
* Repayment of petty Cash - 5th of December 2012 (repaid at CSC or EFT transfer)
Also, if the petty cash is not closed off at the end of the year, please ensure that I receive a motivational letter by the 5th of December 2012; explaining why the specific petty cash is not closed off at Y/E.
