In regards to the Block Grant Honours Scarce Skills - NRF will only consider applications in about May 2013 for this award.

The Postgraduate Desk is currently receiving and sorting the applications that have been received for the Innovation Honours and Freestanding Honours.

I also expect an "Extension Request" from NRF in the next month or two for NRF Masters and PhD awardees who were not able to complete their studies in the required time. I already have a number of students in a database who is affected by this.
