Dr Jacob Dlamini is the author of Native Nostalgia (Jacana 2009), winner of the University of Johannesburg’s Creative Writing Debut Prize for 2010. He is also a recipient of numerous scholarships and merit awards for academic excellence. His awards include a Fulbright scholarship, a Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship from Sussex University and a British Council-Mamphela Ramphele scholarship.
