You are requested to use only these designated areas when smoking, and to refrain from smoking in foyers and entrances to buildings. Should you see a person not complying with these requirements, please request that person to move to an allocated smoking area.

Working together is the only way to reduce the situation to acceptable compliance levels.
We do not want to take disciplinary steps in this regard, but will unfortunately have to consider such steps should the situation not improve.
