·   all appointments/promotions/claims funded by the 2013 Personnel budget must be submitted on or before 25 November 2013 for payment 18 December 2013.  

·     the final closing date for claims for services rendered from 27 November 2013 until 20 December 2013 is on or before 6 January 2014, 9:00.

Take note that all appointments/promotions/claims received after the above mentioned closing date will be funded from each faculty’s / department’s 2014 Personnel budget.

All appointments of staff from January 2014 must be submitted to HR on or before 30 November 2013.
