UPSO Concert 26 March

The concert will feature fiery and fairly provocative works such as Tchaikovsky’s Marche slave, Borodin’s Symphony no 2 and the cheeky Concerto for trumpet and orchestra by Arutiunian with Alexander Urban as soloist. All in all audiences can look forward to a true celebration of the rich and riveting Russian symphonic works we have all come to love.

The concert will be held at the Musaion on the University of Pretoria’s Hatfield Campus on 26 March 2014 18:30 for 19:00. Tickets are available from www.iTickets.co.za and cost R120,00 for members of the public, R70,00 for students and R50,00 for block bookings by schools .
