Professor Hanli Smuts from the University of Pretoria’s Faculty of Engineering, Built Environment and Information Technology, Department of Informatics gave lessons about fintech at the AfricaCom conference in Cape Town. She spoke about fintech being the trailblazer for interaction between humans and tech, and learnings beyond that journey can be extended to agriculture, education, and healthcare.
