As South Africa prepares for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), the Faculty of Engineering, Built Environment and Information Technology(EBIT), focuses its research, teaching and learning activities on bringing competitive knowledge to industry, education, and society.
We aim for research excellence and are keen on international collaboration. The Faculty is organized into four schools: The School of Engineering, The School for the Built Environment, The School for Information Technology, and the Graduate School of Technology Management.
EBIT is highly ranked globally; our programmes are accredited by statutory and professional bodies at both national and international levels.
