Currently both students and staff members of the Department of Information Science at the University of Pretoria are involved in community service through various outreach projects.
The students deliver a service to the community through the compulsory Joint Community-based Project module, JCP 202.
Staff members are not only professionally involved, but also in their private capacity in outreach projects.
