As usual Magrietjie loves participating in sport events as it offers a great opportunity to get to know your fellow Mags ladies and to take a break from studying.

Here follows an update of the sport results thus far:

Badminton

This year Magrietjie took home the first and second place for the internal residence badminton tournament.

Varsity athletics

Our Spikkels with their pink tutus took part in this years’ varsity athletics residence relay. This relay is only for fun and does not contribute to the win that Tuks achieved.  The Tukslympics have been postponed until further notice.

Basketball

For the 3^rd year in a row Magrietjie took home the trophy for basketball. This team is a combination of seniors and juniors. We are extremely proud of this team! Congratulations ladies.

Netball

With the netball season also coming to an end the Magrietjie junior team took home 2^nd place and the seniors 3^rd.

Hockey

The hockey season only kicked off recently. Keep an eye on the results that will be available in the second semester.
