LLD/PhD through Research

 
In order to obtain a Doctor of Laws a student has to
 
(a)  Complete a thesis under the guidance of a supervisor
(b)  After completion of a module in Research methodology;  
(c)  The submission of a research proposal; and
(d)  An oral examination.
 
Important information:

 

A section of the Oliver R Tambo Law Library has been converted to a study area for postgraduate students only. It is equipped with computers, a printer and study carrels.  Postgraduate students are invited to make use of this exclusive facility.
