The Faculty of Law (UP Law) at the University of Pretoria (UP), through its Institute for International and Comparative Law in Africa (ICLA), has been following the impact of UP Law’s postgraduate degrees over time, as far as the teaching of law in South Africa is concerned. Our research resulted in the enclosed October 2019 study.
