The Department of Construction Economics and UP Enterprises in collaboration with the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA) are currently in the process of creating an online short course aimed at sectional title living. The Enterprises boardroom was recently transformed into a fully equipped recording studio where the recording of the first online episode for the short course “Sectional Title Living – The Nuts and Bolts” took place. The team involved in this initiative was Vita Wilkens, programme leader and lecturer at the Department of Construction Economics, and the Enterprises team, Elna Venter and Marinda Prinsloo.  This is the first recorded lecture in a series of 21 lectures aimed at owners, trustees and occupiers of sectional title schemes to empower them with a clear understanding of what it implies to live in a sectional title scheme and therefore why management of the scheme is so important.
