After I have completed my BSc. Food science degree at the University of Pretoria in 2019, I completed my BSc. (Hons) food Science degree in 2020 with a distinction. My research topic was “Effect of thermal processing on the content and bio accessibility of carotenoids in sorghum-carrot muffins”.
