Mr. Matsobane Daniel Kekana is a lecturer at the Department of Information Science at the University of Pretoria. He holds a bachelor’s degree in information studies from the University of Limpopo, a Master’s degree in Information Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and is working towards a PhD. His teaching interests include information literacy, information searching and retrieval, knowledge management, marketing principles and applications in IS, economics and politics of information, competitive intelligence, and information ethics. His research interests include information retrieval, knowledge management, and indigenous knowledge.
