Anthea Venter is a Lecturer in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering with industry experience in mining, digital advertising, geospatial, and pharmaceutical environments. Her research is primarily in Enterprise Engineering, with interests including requirements engineering, project management, and participatory modelling. Her latest article demonstrates the elaborated action design research (eADR) model to address communication problems during software development, available here.

She is currently working towards a PhD, teaching Business Engineering to undergraduate students, and supervising final year and post graduate students’ research.
