Lecturers voted onto SAAG Council

Two of our lecturers, Mr Michael Loubser and Dr Christel Hansen were voted onto the Southern African Association of Geomorphologists (SAAG) Council for the 2019-2021 term. Dr Hansen, a lecturer in the geoinformatics section of our department and also specialising in geomorphology, is the current SAAG President. Mr Loubser, a lecturer in the geography section of our department and also specialising in geomorphology, will serve as Secretary on the Council. We wish them all the best for their term!
