The winter rainfall region and south coastal regions may experience below normal rainfall totals during autumn and winter (although confidence in this forecast is low owing to low forecast skill). Early spring forecast is for mostly below normal rainfall totals.
Above normal maximum temperatures are predicted over the larger part of the region throughout the forecast period, including the winter rainfall region of the SW Cape.
