UP Anti-Discrimination and Social Justice Week (30 September - 4 October 2019)
Staff and students from the Faculty of EMS proudly declared #ThisIsMyStory and shared inspirational stories of their journeys toward overcoming discrimination and social injustice during a poster exhibition week.

EMS Spring Day Walk (26 September 2018)
The Faculty of EMS hosted the first Spring Day Walk, where staff from the various departments received a cap and a bookmark with phrases in different languages to promote multilingualism in the Faculty.

EMS Talk: My father's coat (20 April 2018)
Mr Michael Charton, the keynote speaker, gave an insightful presentation on the history of South Africa by integrating the different stories from 5 men who played an important role in our country’s history namely; Mzilikazi, Kruger, Rhodes, Smuts and Mandela.
