Neuroscience Group - Limitless You

About: Neuroscience

Big on People; Big on Performance; Big on Attitude

Neuroscience is the scientific study of the nervous system and  it is currently an interdisciplinary science that collaborates with other fields such as exercise science, education, chemistry, physics, computer science, engineering, linguistics, mathematics, medicine and allied disciplines, philosophy, psychology, psychophysiology and psychopharmacology.

Study area: Neuroscience

The Neuroscience group will focus on the science of performance: neuropsychology, neurophysiology, exercise, nutrition, stress, mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, neurofeedback, coaching methods, agility, neuroplasticity and action plans (change your mind; train your brain; know yourself; heal your heart).  Research will also focus on brain performance and the six drivers that influences the overall performance of the brain: sleep, stress, attitude, movement, brain food and brain fitness.  Knowledge and information alone do not guarantee success. Intensive specialised training, scientific testing and monitoring, adequate and practical coaching and managerial skills, and accessibility to adequate facilities and equipment are needed to improve levels of well-being and performance.
