Mr Frans Fouché and Mr Bobby Hands (University of Pretoria, Occupational Health and Safety) gave a short lecture to a group of the Industrial Psychology students following courses in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying.
The presenters explained to the class the implication of Safety Legislation and showed examples of dangerous practices and situations in the workplace that can lead to death of injury. The awareness of health and safety issues in the workplace can save lives in future.
