Dr Hoobler is from the University of Illinois in Chicago’s Department of Managerial Studies, which is part of the University’s College of Business Administration.
Dr Hoobler will spend the next 12 months with the Department of Human Resource Management, where she will continue her research on gender and diversity issues and also engage with the postgraduate students of the Department.
