Prof Nkomo was invited to present papers at the above-mentioned workshop, which aimed to bring together academics and doctoral students to share their ideas and push the boundaries on equality and diversity scholarship.
Prof Nkomo was also the keynote speaker at the Ethnicity at Work: The Value of Psychology conference hosted by the Division of Occupational Psychology of the British Psychological Society. The conference was attended largely by practitioners who are responsible for diversity management in their organisations.
