Seasonal forecast for February 2023 available

The summer rainfall regions can expect above-normal rainfall throughout autumn and into winter while the southwestern Cape can expect an increased likelihood of drier-than-normal conditions through autumn and into early winter. Temperature-wise, the summer rainfall region can expect a higher likelihood of cooler than normal maximum temperatures while the southwestern Cape has an increased likelihood of warmer than normal maximum temperatures.
