Dr Nerhene Davis received a C2 rating from the National Research Foundation (NRF) of South Africa in the field of social sciences with a specialization in land reform, land management, and rural development policy. Her primary research focus is centered around aspects of South African land reform policy and its impacts on land management and rural livelihoods. More recently, a secondary research concern for her has also been a focus on broader contextual issues surrounding land management and climate change adaptation.
