Rainfall predictions indicate that the SADC can expect a mostly dry winter. However, there is some indication of favourable rainfall outcomes over the SW Cape during mid-winter. Some parts of the region can also expect cool maximum temperatures during the early winter, although predominantly high maximum temperatures are likely during the forecast period.
