Honours Environmental Change class visit NWU

Posted on August 26, 2019

The Honours in Environmental Change class of 2019 visited NWU on the 20th of September, focusing on the work and research being undertaken there on ecotoxicology.  Among the interesting sites visited were a range of laboratories, including the  National Nanoecotoxicology Bioassay Facility (NNBF); which forms part of the Water Research Group (http://natural-sciences.nwu.ac.za/water-research-group/ecotoxicology).  Here, we looked at lab work on acute toxicity testing, as well as the the second largest Zebra fish bioassay facility in the southern hemisphere. Also have a look at our gallery.
