Owen is a senior lecturer at the University of Pretoria. He is involved in undergraduate medical training and in-service training for doctors in primary health care. He embraces the principles of adult learning, and believes teaching and learning should be fun for students and faculty. He loves good coffee, hiking, and preferably doing the two together.
