How to register
Step 1 – Registration form
Please complete the Registration form attached below and send to Annetjie Jefferson at [email protected]. Note that the form can be completed electronically.
Step 2 – Payment
Deposit the correct amount as stated on your invoice into the University of Pretoria bank account (details on the registration form).
(For ABSA to ABSA payments, please view the attached screenshot below for the correct account details.)
Step 3 – Proof of payment
Send a copy of your proof of payment to Annetjie Jefferson at [email protected].
Step 4 – Confirmation letter
After the receipt of your registration form and proof of payment, you will receive a confirmation letter. Please bring the confirmation letter along to the conference.
Cancellation fee: 2 weeks before congress refund 50%. Less than 2 weeks no refund.
Please note: TAX invoices for TAX purposes will only be available on request after the conference.
