Roles and responsibility:
Undergraduate study at Makerere University, completed with MBChB
Postgraduate in Family Medicine, University of Pretoria, completed with MMed (Family Medicine) and FCFP (SA). Hold postgraduate diploma in HIV Medicine and Certificate in Advance Health Management (CMSA).

Currently PhD Student in Dept of Family Medicine and Specialist Family Physician and Head of Clinical Unit, tutoring students and Head of HIV TB/HIV Services and Clinical Learning Centre at Piet Retief Hospital.

Responsibility includes tutoring & supervising students, coordinating academic work for clinical associates, exchange/elective, medical and postgraduate students and research at Piet Retief Clinical Learning centre.
Area of interest is TB/HIV, especially MDRTB ambulatory care and chronic diseases and primary health care.

Research interests: 
HIV/TB – MDRTB ambulatory care, adherence and Household infection control
