Welcome to the small animal internal medicine and outpatients units.
We offer a high level of experience and specialised knowledge for the treatment and management of a variety of internal medicine conditions of cats and dogs.

Rhinoscopy
Bronchoscopy (including broncho alveolar lavage)
Tracheal stent placement

Feeding tube placement
Arthrocentesis
Bone marrow aspiration and core biopsy
Cerebrospinal fluid analysis
Chemotherapy
Intralesional/electro- chemotherapy

We work closely with other disciplines, such as the clinical pathology, radiology, ICU, surgery, ophthalmology and animal behaviour. Excellent patient care, diagnostics and treatment is our primary goal.

Veterinary education

Our academic personnel are involved in undergraduate and postgraduate training, as well as continuing education for practitioners. Our teaching model includes hybrid and case-based learning, practicals and small-group teaching. We offer a residency training programme (MMedVet), approved by the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine.
