Research question: What is the role of resilience in overcoming adversities among OVC and families for sustainable livelihoods? Project is ongoing with regard to preparing manuscripts and conference papers.

Invited plenary paper was presented by Prof Lombard at the 4th International Conference on Practice Research, at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, 22 – 25 May 2017. Title: A multi-level participatory approach in building resilience in households affected and infected by HIV and Aids. Manuscripts on the resilience of children, care givers, team leaders, social auxiliary workers and social workers in process.
