Yesterday, 22 February 2025, the University of Pretoria came alive with excitement and purpose as we celebrated RAG of Hope Day! The day was a testament to the power of community, dedication, and the incredible spirit of giving that defines UP RAG.

From the early hours of the morning, the UP RAG team was up and ready, making sure every detail was in place for a seamless and impactful event. Everyone gathered with enthusiasm, stalls were set up, and the RAG Farm buzzed with energy as we embarked on a day filled with meaningful outreach, fundraising, and community engagement.

The event saw overwhelming participation, with students, staff, and community members coming together to support various initiatives aimed at making a tangible difference. Whether it was through donation drives, or simply showing up to spread positivity, everyone played a role in making the day a massive success.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to the UP SRC, the Student Culture Committee for facilitating UP Got Talent, and the Student Sports Committee for organizing and overseeing all sporting codes. Your dedication and hard work helped make this day even more special and engaging for everyone involved.
