The captain of the ship, the Chairperson leads UP RAG with vision, accountability, and drive. They are the main representative and spokesperson of the committee—both internally and externally— steering the team through its annual objectives. The Chairperson oversees all portfolios, chairs meetings, and ensures that UP RAG’s initiatives align with its values and broader university goals. Their leadership keeps the structure cohesive, inspired, and impactful. The Chair ensures smooth sailing through every challenge.
