The General Committee Officer is responsible for the well-being, engagement and development of the General Committee — UP RAG’s group of volunteers and helping hands. They create an environment that promotes a sense of belonging and value for the general committee. Their role involves coordinating volunteer opportunities, hosting fun and developmental initiatives, and acting as the main point of contact for any General Committee needs. Importantly, the GC Officer also focuses on the leadership development of the GCs, recognising that today's volunteers are the future Executive Committee of UP RAG.
