The turnout was amazing because there was more participation than what we expected , provided that the event had to be postponed earlier on due to strike and now we had to host it during exam season. The crafts were exceptionally good and we were able to raise sufficient funds through them.
As RAG we were really delighted and appreciative of everyone who played their role in making an impact by donating. We received sufficient donations and I’m happy that we will have more to give. The food donations will go towards food/ feeding schemes at the University of Pretoria as we are not allowed to give students directly, some of the donations will go towards our charity drives.
