On this “Day in the life of the University of Pretoria” the Veterinary library was renamed

In 2007, the Veterinary Sciences Library, which is housed in the Arnold Theiler Building, on the Onderstepoort Campus, celebrated its 20th anniversary. On 5 May 2009, the Veterinary Sciences Library was officially renamed the Jotello F. Soga Library in honour of the first South African who qualified as a veterinarian in 1886.
