On this "Day in the life of the University of Pretoria" the student newspaper, the Perdeby, reported on the new bus for the Prinshof campus.

The 2014 article reported that the SRC funded this bus service from the Hatfield campus to the Prinshof medical campus after it became apparent that the lack of transport was influencing students negatively. This new bus system was meant to replace or supplement the public transport system that the students was forced to use. The transport system was only meant for the first year students but the student body hoped that this service would be expanded in the near future.

The UPA preserves the history of the University of Pretoria.
