2025 Returning Students: Financial Matters

Please take note of the following relating to the payment of Fees:

Please note that there is a minimum clearance period of three working days for any bank or internet payment before the payment will reflect on your student account.

 

Credit card payments

Payments can be made online at http://www.up.ac.za/credit-card-payments. Should you encounter any problems or concerns please contact the SSC at 012 420 3111.

 

Payments at the cashiers

Debit and credit card payments can be made at the cashiers on all campuses on weekdays from 08h00 to 16h00.

Please note that the University of Pretoria no longer accepts cash payments.

 

Payment arrangements

Students with outstanding fees must visit the student accounts consultants at the Hatfield Student Service Centre (SSC) for possible financial arrangements before the University closes on 20 December 2024.

 

You are encouraged to make use of the above-mentioned payment options or financial arrangements prior to the University closing in December 2024 in order to ensure a smooth and hassle-free registration and commencement to the 2025 academic year.
