UP IT Services offers a broad spectrum of services and tools in support of communications and collaboration such as e-mail, mobile services, telecommunication, conferencing & educational media streaming, collaboration sites and Websites.

Available To

UP Campus Community and Guests.


Provide communication and collaboration tools to facilitate knowledge sharing, teaching and learning as well as research activities.

Key Features

Staff may choose between either the Gmail web-client or licensed Outlook client for email services. The GSuite for Education is available for both Staff and Students.

The UP mobile App provides various communication and collaboration features to the UP community at large.

Sites for collaborating and sharing documents and information are available on various platforms (Collaboration Spaces and shared drives on AD and GSuite)

Conferencing choices range from telephone and web options. Web conferencing is available through Google Meet, Collaborate or Skype.

Besides traditional audio/visual services, live webcasting and podcasting services are available.


Individual service descriptions will mention specific requirements such as costing, entitlement, approval etc.
