The Department of IT Services manages the University’s IT infrastructure and offers services and equipment to assist staff and students with their IT-needs.

The UP IT-network connects all offices, laboratories, buildings and wireless access points located across all the university campuses into one virtual campus. The UP intranet provides access to the Library online periodicals, TuksPrint, Timetables, Credit Card Payments (Student Account), Web Room Booking, Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials (FSCM) and Request (ERS), Service Management Automation (SMAX), Password Self Service, Collaboration spaces, etc.

Other services that are provided to the campus community include e-learning, videoconferencing, academic software site licences and training.
