The IHL students from the Faculty of Health presented an informative session on stress management and self-care for practitioners in the early childhood development phase. The session aimed to equip these practitioners with essential tools and strategies to manage stress effectively, emphasising the importance of self-care in promoting their overall well-being. Participants were encouraged to engage in discussions, share their experiences, and explore various self-care practices that they can incorporate into their daily routines. The session concluded with a Q&A segment, allowing practitioners to seek advice and clarity on specific stress-related concerns they may face in their work. Overall, it was a valuable opportunity for professional development and personal growth in a challenging field.
