Kagiso Mgidi, the IT lab assistant, presented a session on “Know Your Computer” for community members. Kagiso also shared essential tips on how to maintain a computer, emphasising the importance of regular updates and security measures to protect against viruses and malware. He engaged the audience with interactive demonstrations, showing them how to navigate different operating systems and utilise common applications effectively. At the end of the session, participants were encouraged to ask questions, and many expressed gratitude for the insights they gained.
