Luminous Day House recently had its handover meeting with the incoming and outgoing Executive Committee (EC), to ensure a smooth transition between the terms of the current EC and the new EC.

The current EC gave the incoming EC a comprehensive outline regarding their portfolios, the do's, the don'ts, as well as a few tips on how to build upon the foundation that has been laid and how to improve the house.

In addition, the incoming EC members were given the opportunity to ask the outgoing EC questions to ease their anxiety regarding the role, which helped to elevate their confidence and calm their nerves. Overall, it was a very successful exercise, with the outgoing EC encouraging the new EC to make the house their own and promising their unwavering support in this new chapter of Luminous Day House.

We look forward to seeing how the new EC will continue building upon Luminous's legacy, and we are certain that they will continue to shine the house's light brightly throughout their term.
